Celeste van Rooyen is not just an excellent food photographer due to her expert lighting and story telling skills, but she is also an amazing food stylist and art director. She has worked with many brands, restaurants and agencies; like Costa, McDonalds, Kraft, Pinza, etc. and recently styled for Pizza Hut. She cooks herself which is unusual for a food stylist, and food photographer and call herself a "FOODIE".
"I'm always on the lookout for pairings of food, different ways to tell a story and concepts with food, learn from foodstylists small tricks and ways of presenting. My love for food comes from my love for wine. As a trained wine sommelier, visual pleasure, aroma, pallet, and the experience is a form of art on its own. There is nothing really as special as planning and cooking for someone or being cooked for. My favourite culinary experience (to cook and to eat) on an ideal day would be... Ostrich steak with my secret most exquisite sauce accompanied by crunchy garlic mash, Tzatziki sauce & fresh seed bread, watermelon feta salad and Papaja covered with lime juice."

Japanese Ramen - a noodle soup that consists of chinese wheat noodles served in a meat or fish based broth, often flavored with soy or miso, toppings could be sliced pork, nori (dried seaweed), menma and scallions. (but I love the bowls with lamb or chicken)

My recommendation as a "FOODIE" is for sure the PINZA experience of receiving the Beetroot Humus, Banana Bread and Margarita, famous for their amazing rustic crusts.
